Ever since starting up our business, we have been dedicating ourselves to research on electroforming. “Electroforming. This is our mission.” This decision has encouraged ourselves to develop molding tools taking advantage of our electroforming. As a result we have cultivated new markets for various electroforming applications, which are working for good of the public. That delights us and overwhelms us with gratitude.
Porous Nickel is now used worldwide for Female Vacuum Thermoforming tools. We anticipate Super Porous Nickel will more often be applied to blow molding tools and injection molding tools. Perforated Nickel builds lots of molding tools to recycle polyurethane foam from scrapped cars. Mesh Pold will be integrated into the system with a molding machine to recycle waste paper.
